“ Every single thing I've eaten here has been delicious. You can't go wrong, but for me some standouts are the quiches, the strawberry salad, and the cheese bread. Also all the baked items. The rhubarb cake with I think it was a lemon buttercream was a new one and was outstanding. Bulk foods, some gourmet items, and the refrigerated meals etc. are a bonus. Lovely and serene atmosphere even when it's very busy (noon - 2pm) I only wish they would extend their hours. ”

“ Eight years ago we stopped here on a whim on the way from Spokane back home. We got some sandwiches and loose leaf tea to take home. It never left my mind. Eight years later, I'm reminded why it left an imprint on my mind. The sandwiches are so fresh and prepared simply - it's like going to your friend's house and their mom prepared lunch. The soup was also incredible. They were so nice and friendly as well. We got the special of the day sandwich (you can't really go wrong with anything here), the roast beef and provolone sandwich, and the soup (just get a soup, doesn't matter which one). We also bought a bunch of loose leaf teas and other random stuff to bring home. I hope it's not another eight years before I come back here. ”
